href=\"https:\/\/www.fgautron.com\/weblog\/archives\/2021\/12\/08\/toggle-hotel-suidobashi-par-klein-dytham\/\">continuant<\/a> ma marche dans les rues de Iidabashi, je voulais ensuite revoir la station de m\u00e9tro de la ligne Oedo, con\u00e7ue par Makoto Sei Watanabe. J\u2019\u00e9tais pass\u00e9 la voir pour la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fgautron.com\/weblog\/archives\/2005\/10\/22\/makoto-sei-watanabe\/\">premi\u00e8re fois en 2005<\/a>, cinq ann\u00e9es apr\u00e8s son ouverture le 12 D\u00e9cembre 2000, mais je n\u2019\u00e9tais jamais entr\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur au del\u00e0 des portes automatiques. Je descends cette fois-ci dans ses profondeurs. Une structure de tubes accompagne les passagers. Cette structure se nomme Web frame et se compose d\u2019une ramification de tubes verts de 7.6cm de diam\u00e8tre. Sa composition spatiale, dans toute sa complexit\u00e9, a \u00e9t\u00e9 auto-g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par ordinateur. Ce r\u00e9seau de tubes s\u2019\u00e9tend des portes automatiques \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e jusqu\u2019au niveau des plateformes o\u00f9 circulent les trains, sur une longueur de 2,200m, en surplombant les escaliers et les escalators. Ces tubes repr\u00e9sentent en quelque sorte le r\u00e9seau sous-terrain du m\u00e9tro. A travers cette structure, l\u2019architecte souhaitait rendre visible les structures habituellement enfouies sous terre. Dans cette station Oedo, ce qui attire d\u2019abord le passant est bien entendu la forme organique pos\u00e9e \u00e0 la surface du sol. Cette structure ressemblant \u00e0 une plante se nomme Wing et il s\u2019agit avant tout d\u2019une tour de ventilation pour l\u2019ensemble de la station. Les formes organiques de cette plante de science-fiction ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ues par ordinateur. Lorsqu\u2019on pense \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble de la station, les tubes verts me font penser \u00e0 des racines venant nourrir la forme v\u00e9g\u00e9tale poussant \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, comme une graine donnant une plante (Architecture as \u00ab\u00a0Seed\u00a0\u00bb, comme il \u00e9crit sur son <a href=\"https:\/\/www.makoto-architect.com\/iidabashi.html\">site web<\/a>). L\u2019entr\u00e9e de cette station est situ\u00e9e dans une petite rue, ce qui m\u2019a toujours un peu \u00e9tonn\u00e9 car les structures de Makoto Sei Watanabe m\u00e9riteraient d\u2019\u00eatre plus visible. Comme l\u2019\u00e9cole <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fgautron.com\/weblog\/archives\/2009\/03\/04\/rues-de-sakuragaoka\/\">Aoyama Technical College<\/a> ou le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fgautron.com\/weblog\/archives\/2019\/11\/06\/k-museum-par-makoto-sei-watanabe\/\">K-Museum<\/a>, l\u2019architecture de Makoto Sei Watanabe se trouve \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cart des grandes art\u00e8res visibles, sans pour autant \u00eatre compl\u00e8tement excentr\u00e9e. Le soucis du d\u00e9tail dans la station d\u2019Oedo est saisissant. Il faut par exemple aller faire un tour aux toilettes enti\u00e8rement m\u00e9talliques juste apr\u00e8s les portes automatiques. Il faut faire attention \u00e0 l\u2019agencement apparemment al\u00e9atoires des n\u00e9ons au plafond. Il faut \u00e9galement remarquer la cr\u00e9ation artistique de l\u2019architecte formant un texte flottant en braille intitul\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0TACTILE WIND\u30fb\u30fb\u30fb\u30fb\u30fbbrain BRAILLE\u00a0\u00bb, inscrit sur un des murs de la station. Les d\u00e9tails sont parfois subtils comme les fines lignes vertes claires sur les murs lisses du dernier tunnel donnant acc\u00e8s aux quais. Makoto Sei Watanabe explique en longueur (et en anglais) la conception de cette station et ses choix de design sur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.makoto-architect.com\/iidabashi.html\">son site web<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Je suis entr\u00e9 expr\u00e8s dans la station pour voir la structure web frame et la prendre en photo, mais je n\u2019avais pas sp\u00e9cialement l\u2019intention de prendre le m\u00e9tro. Ou puis-je aller maintenant pour continuer cette journ\u00e9e de marche ensoleill\u00e9e. Il me revient en t\u00eate une autre autre architecture tr\u00e8s particuli\u00e8re situ\u00e9e \u00e0 quelques stations seulement de l\u00e0. \u00c7a sera la prochaine \u00e9tape dans un prochain billet. Et en \u00e9crivant ces quelques lignes sur l\u2019architecture inspirante de Makoto Sei Watanabe, me vient soudainement l\u2019envie indescriptible de r\u00e9\u00e9couter la musique de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fgautron.com\/weblog\/archives\/2021\/09\/18\/no-one-knows-the-truth-inside-me\/\">Tomo Akikawabaya<\/a>, le premier morceau instrumental <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=JFUrZ8EacKM\">Rebirth<\/a> en particulier.
