26things 2

Some pictures of Tokyo

Tokyo, someday in March 1999. Some views of the imperial palace close to my place, where I used to go for a jogging , Tokyo Tower, it reminds me something, Ark Hills (The owner of this complex also owns a lot of others towers in Tokyo like this one), my apartment is situated in Akasaka.

(above) Near the imperial palace, centre of Tokyo. A large garden surrounds the palace.

(above) The other side, the palace and the famous bridge leading to the emperor’s house.

(above) Around the palace, the strong wall and moat making the palace a protected space called « the empty center ».

(above) The famous Tokyo Tower. By night, it’s quite nice and fascinating. On the other picture, the narrow street I use to go to the office every morning, we can see the Ark Mori Building from there. Tower of 37 floors.

(above) On the left picture, Ark Mori Building and Roppongi Dori with the expressway above. We can also see the ANA Hotel, one of the most luxuous hotels of Tokyo. On the right and below pictures, a view from my room.
